TAME Students Recognized for Success at State

6th grade TAME student Ethan Garcia launches an airship in the Engineering Design Challenge at TAME's 30th State Math and Science Competition, while a Lockheed Martin Engineer judges the design's performance and teammates from Beaumont, Amarillo, and West Texas look on in excitement.

Eleven TAME Students from the Capital Area Chapter were recently recognized for their First Place achievements at the 2015 TAME State Math and Science Competition (now known as STEM competitions) at Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth. Read the full story on Round Rock ISD's blog.

Download them here, group your students into teams and have them assign roles like real engineers, then follow our instructions in a timed competition.
