The annual TAME State STEM Competition brings together hundreds of high-performing students, grades 6-12, to challenge their science and math skills and connect with a network of peers and mentors across Texas and beyond.

Students qualify for invitations to this event by being active members of a registered TAME Club, and by competing in Divisional STEM Competitions across Texas in the spring semester each year.

TAME's 2017 Competition partners include Boeing (presenting sponsor), Halliburton, ConocoPhillips, BASF, Raytheon, IBM, Lockheed Martin, Emerson Process Management, and Texas Instruments. Shell Oil Company is the sponsor of the 'Outstanding Senior' Award, and the 'Judges' Choice' Award for the engineering design challenge is sponsored by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

All TAME competitions are free to students, parents, and teachers. Learn more about what you can do to ensure our programs remain free for the next generation of STEM professionals.
