Students across Texas need your help to compete in TAME’s 30th annual Divisional Math and Science Competitions (now known as STEM competitions), which are taking place in chapters around the state on January 31, February 7, and February 28.
Your help will contribute to a successful event where students can compete in math, science, and unique engineering team design challenges. Experiences like these build confidence and can spark a love for STEM that often inspires students to pursue life-changing careers. In our 2014 Divisionals, 100% of our seniors said they were going to college. Out of those, 90% said they planned to major in STEM.
We need your help to make a difference in the lives of these students.
Some of the potential roles:
- Test Proctors
- Design Challenge Judges
- Greeters
- Check in and set up assistance
- Floaters
- Photographers
TAME chapters host competitions around the state to reach as many students as possible. Even so, some students must travel many hours to compete, and it’s up to us to make sure their experience is worth every mile.
