The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our students is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in ensuring that personal information remains private.
Registration is required and information is collected before participating in TAME activities or becoming an active TAME member.
TAME, Inc. collects personal identifying information during :
- Content Registration
- TAME Club Registration
- TAME Event Participation Registration
Prizes cannot be awarded without Social Security Numbers on file.
Social Security Numbers are collected and used to track the student through the Texas Higher Education Board of the State of Texas.
TAME, Inc. does not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
Reports, or any other type of information, issued by either the TAME Tracking Coordinator or the Alliance Tracking Coordinator will not contain addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or social security numbers of students.
Only the TAME Tracking Coordinator has access to the central database containing student information. Only the Alliance Tracking Coordinator has access to the alliance database.
Any employee or volunteer who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
