Check-in is Friday at 3pm (You can arrive as early as 1pm on Friday at no extra charge.)  Check-out is Sunday at 1pm (after lunch). 

Thursday option: For those of you who wish to come on Thursday for a little extra R&R, the additional cost would be $125.00 per person.  This will include dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday.  If you only want to spend the night and eat in town, it would be $75.00 per person.  Please let me know before May 25th if you’d like to take advantage of either Thursday night option.

Because the majority of attendees were unable to commit to starting our meeting early on Friday, we will officially begin Friday at dinner.  However the facility has offered the option of having our guests arrive on Thursday for a little additional R&R.
