2007 Spring Board Retreat - June 1-3
We are making our final plans for the upcoming Spring Retreat scheduled to take place June 1st through June 3rd in Bandera, Texas. The 2007 Spring Board Retreat will kick off at dinner (6pm) Friday, June 1 and conclude after lunch on Sunday, June 3rd. Prices are all-inclusive. Each board member will pay the facility directly for their stay.
Check-in is Friday at 3pm (I believe you can arrive as early as 1pm but rooms may not be ready. Check-out is Sunday at 1pm, after lunch). Thursday option: For those of you who wish to come on Thursday for a little extra R&R, the additional cost would be $125.00 per person. This will include dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday. If you only want to spend the night and eat in town, it would be $75.00 per person. Please let me know before May 25th if you’d like to take advantage of either Thursday night option. Retreat agenda: Homework: ¨ Review minutes from May Exec Committee conference call prior to Session II ¨ ALL Committee chairs – Either bring 20 copies of your report with you, or if you will not be attending, your report must be received by Getz via email no later than May 29.
