Overview and Instructions

  • The Goals and Objectives is a tool to measure board members progress towards objectives for a given year. 
  • The Goals and Objectives do not replace Board Member guidelines; however, Goals and Objectives should capture, as closely as possible, TAME Board Member commitments toward achieving these guidelines
  • The Goals and Objectives are to realistically reflect a board member’s individual commitments to TAME Inc. including those goals that go beyond the guidelines.

 

  • List your goals/objectives at the beginning of each year with the specific measurement and target under the appropriate headings
    • Goals/Objectives should be SMART, Specific – Measurable – Ambitious – Realistic - Timebound
  • At designated times throughout the year, each goal/objective will be reviewed against the actual progress; progress that exceeds target will be captured under ‘Highlights’, progress that falls short of target will be captured under ‘Misses’.
