The 2009 Spring Board Retreat will kick off at dinner (6pm) Friday, June 26 and conclude after lunch on Sunday, June 26.

Each board member will pay the hotel directly for their stay.  There will be a $50 fee due to TAME at registration to help offset the cost of the four included meals and meeting room rental fees.

Double Occupancy: $89/night
Check-in is Friday at 3pm. Check-out is Sunday at 12pm. 

Thursday option: For those of you who wish to come on Thursday for a little extra R&R, the $89/night room rate will apply.

Homework and Meeting Prep: 

• All members should review minutes from May and June Exec Committee conference call prior to arrival
• All Committee chairs – Either bring 20 copies of your report with you or submit your report via email to Gina no later than June 23 so we have time to print them and bring them with us

From IH-35
Exit 183 North. Take 183 North to Capital of Texas Hwy. (Loop 360) exit. Turn left at first light and cross over 183. Turn left at the next light, now on the south bound frontage road of 183. Move to center lane. As frontage road bends right, you will pass the hotel and then turn right at the next street onto Tallwood Drive. First street turn right on Business Park Drive.

From Hwy. 183 Heading South
Exit Capital of Texas Hwy. (Loop 360). Stay straight through the first stop light (Loop 360). Move to center lane and following frontage road. As the frontage road bends right, you will pass the hotel and then turn right at the next street onto Tallwood Drive. First street turn right onto Business Park Drive.

From Hwy. 183 Heading North
Exit Capital of Texas Hwy. (Loop 360). Turn left at first light and cross over 183. Turn left at next light, now on the south bound frontage road of 183. Move to center lane. As frontage road bends right, you will pass the hotel and then turn right at the next street onto Tallwood Drive. First street turn right on Business Park Drive.

From Loop 1 (Mopac) Heading South
Exit Capital of Texas Hwy. (Loop 360), move into the right lane and turn right at the first light (Capital of Texas Hwy.). Take Capital of Texas Hwy. for 4 lights crossing over Hwy. 183. After crossing over Hwy. 183 and turn left at next light, now heading South on the frontage road of Hwy. 183. Move to the center lane. As frontage road bends right, you will pass the hotel and then turn right at the next street onto Tallwood Drive. First street turn right on Business Park Drive.

From Loop 1 (Mopac) Heading North
Take Hwy. 183 North exit and stay in the right exit lane for Hwy. 183 North. Take Capital of Texas Hwy. (Loop 360) exit. Turn left at first light and cross over 183. Turn left at the next light, now on the south bound frontage road of 183. Move to center lane. As frontage road bends right, you will pass the hotel and then turn right at the next street onto Tallwood Drive. First street turn right on Business Park Drive.

From Austin Bergstrom International Airport
Once exiting the airport you will take Hwy. 71 West. Once on Hwy. 71 West, stay in the right hand lane and look for the Hwy. 183 North exit. Follow Hwy. 183 all the way to Capital of Texas Hwy. (Loop 360) exit (about 10-15 minutes). Turn left at first light and cross over 183. Turn left at the next light, now on the south bound frontage road of 183. Move to center lane. As frontage road bends right, you will pass the hotel and then turn right at the next street onto Tallwood Drive. First street turn right on Business Park Drive.
